Job description / Role
Objective: To manage and explore new talent acquisition techniques and leadership initiatives and concepts in order to attract and develop talents across HMG thus to improve organizational effectiveness.
Reporting to: Director - Organization Effectiveness
Subordinates: Sr. Specialist, Coordinator
Desired start date: 1 August 2014
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc. in Industrial Engineering/Human Resources/Business Administration
Nature and length of previous experience: 5-7 years of experience in preferred healthcare environment, with 3 years in talent and leadership management.
Specialist knowledge: Professional certificates in learning technology tools (e-learning tools), deep understanding of talent availability within the Kingdom and internationally
