Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Lead the design, development and implementation of global talent, leadership and development programs and processes to improve depth, quality and engagement of talent across the organization.
In partnership with HR Business Partners, work with Business Leaders to effectively understand and address talent, learning and capability needs of businesses and functions.
Lead core talent processes including Talent Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment, Performance Management, Career Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement including the designing and facilitating appropriate education and training to HR and managers
Identify and implement key metrics and provide analytics that inform decision-making about talent development, talent engagement and retention investments.
Collaborates with HR leaders and general management to plan long-term and annual talent needs and tactics across the regions, divisions and/or business units.
Provides input and guidance regarding the design and implementation of corporate-wide employment branding so as to attract capable talent for key roles across the organization.
Evaluates and recommends enterprise-wide tools and systems relating to Talent Management, which will ensure the most effective solutions are in place to meet business requirements now and in the future.
Develops and maintains relationships with key employment agencies, placement firms, job boards, social media providers and other sources of applications.
Maintains and analyzes data on recruitment activities, hires, transfers, promotions and terminations, and provides division and corporate leadership with metrics, as required.
Monitors and adapts strategies, policies, standards, practices and programs as needed based on evaluation of key metrics such as time-to-fill vacancies, voluntary turnover rates, first-year turnover rates, readiness of candidates for key vacancies, and management satisfaction with recruiting results.
Develop or customize assessment tools that are consistent with firm competency models.
Lead onboarding program including program design, content enhancement, and coordination of facilitators and senior speakers
Develop and support firm-wide or business unit specific engagement programs, support the firms engagement survey including design, analysis and communications, design exit interview surveys and analyze data to identify themes.
Build strategies, and lead the design, development and implementation of Learning and development programs, geared towards organizational effectiveness and talent management, including by conducting needs assessments and translating into learning plans.
Build strong relationships with program teams to understand business strategy and translate into relevant learning programs, processes and tools.
Build a learning management system that enables to deliver learning targeted to position, performance, career development path, and core competencies of role.
Manage the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders through the Coaching, the mentorship and succession planning programs.
Continually evaluate effectiveness of learning program and make improvements, including by measuring the impact of training initiatives in terms of increasing competencies and capabilities.
Manage Learning budget to achieve a cost-effective allocation of learning resources.
Analyze and synthesize data from talent review sessions into meaningful conclusions that enhance fact-based talent decision making.
Develop strong relationships with all HR Business Partners as well as business unit leaders to understand specific business strategies and the implications for talent.

Requirements

MBA or Masters Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Design / Development / Behavior preferred.
Professional qualification CIPD.
Preferred Licensed Level A & B Ability - BPS, U.K.
Certified Assessor and Coach will be definite advantage.
8+ years of Talent management experience.
7-10 years of training, course development, design and delivery in a corporate setting.
5+ years of project management and proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
Direct management of recruiting, training and organizational development initiatives preferred.
Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior leaders to effectively diagnose, develop and implement appropriate interventions to drive organizational effectiveness through the use of organizational systems and methodologies.
Ability to interact with all levels of management and partner in a complex, decentralized structure with multiple stakeholder points-of-view.
Must have organizational-savvy and be comfortable with diplomatically challenging status quo and influencing at all levels.
Must be an excellent collaborator, persuader and communicator (written, verbal and presentations).
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio).
Strong ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories.
Ability to influence change at all levels within an organization
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into human performance improvement strategies
Key knowledge of the principles and methods of managing Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Talent Management/Succession Planning, Facilitation, Learning and Development expertise, and Organizational Development
Demonstrated experience in Executive/Leadership Assessment, Development.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees as well as superior facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results
Strong analytical skills, business planning and project management skills
Experience managing projects across organizational lines.
Demonstrated success in working in a team environment, on multiple projects with changing priorities.
Experience designing and implementing Talent Management initiatives for entire businesses, organizations or functions. Knowledge desired
Applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and/or program evaluation.
Good understanding of business and business strategy.
Operational/process excellence (process optimization, project planning, flawless execution)

Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel 35% of work time to Middle East and Africa.
