Talent Management Senior Supervisor (Qatari National)

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned identity in the oil and gas industry in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a professional and focused Training / Talent Management Senior Supervisor (Qatari National).

You will supervise, develop, execute, administer and follow up on the training and development plans, both in-house and externally for the organisation. Working closely with Senior Managers, you will supervise all the activities of the Training and Development Section. You will ensure all T and D is in line and compliant with corporate policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be involved with and responsible for the planning of training events, monitoring progress alongside the selection of and liaison with training providers and the evaluation of the course curriculum.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree and have at least four years experience in a training / talent development role. You should also have experience of managing a small team. An MBA in HR would be advantageous. This position is only open to Qatari Nationals.
