Employment: Full Time

Our client are looking for a Partner with MENA HR Managers in developing and sustaining a strong performance culture and talent pipeline while leveraging our existing talent pool through training, development and talent management.

Salary up to 25,000 AED

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and execution of strategies, tools and processes related to talent management and learning coming from HR Talent Emerging Markets.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Channels and Rewards to ensure smooth operations between the 3 pillars creating HR efficiency to the business.
- Deliver talent services for UAE plus provide support to HRMs in MENA through coaching, best practice, sharing of new initiatives, roll out of systems to ensure consistent application of Talent services in the region.
- Strive to implement a learning culture within MENA with innovative concepts and deliverables whilst continuously seeking inspiring methods to improve the efficiency of training services offered. In collaboration with the respective Line Managers and HR Manager collect and prioritize training requirements based on development plan reporting.
- Align with Talent Emerging Markets in the development of high quality training material and customizing where required including delivery.
- Partner with MENA HR Managers to deliver an aligned regional catalogue of functional learning offers, seasonal (product updates, campaigns, new technologies) and head office training (Fit for Today, Fit to Lead, technical trainings) based on a needs assessment.
- Cascading of all learning material to HR Trainers (Retail & Sales Channels) within MENA for execution including support and guidance.
- Source training providers & vendors to deliver into needs analysis.
- Schedule and execute the regional blended learning offers.
- Report on training delivery - track execution, impact and analyze feedback.
- Evaluate the impact and ROI of training across the business.
- Coordination and facilitation of quarterly induction workshops.
- Conduct the annual performance management process through administering the system, status reporting and providing communication tools to MENA HR Managers.
- Responsible for roll out and coordination of MENA leadership initiatives.
- In collaboration with HR Business Channels support on succession management initiatives for MENA.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in recruitment if required.

Requirements

- Excellent command of English & fluent Arabic
- Strategic, innovative and thinking outside of the box
- Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation.
- Project Management experience
- Strong work ethic
- High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally SAP-HR
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player with an international mindset
- Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS Office skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in HR preferably with HR Professional Certification.
- 4+ years of overall work experience in Talent Management or Training & Development
