Talent Manager - Retail Divisional Office, UAE

We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our Retail team and be responsible for developing and implementing talent management processes, including Annual Talent Reviews, Selection Assessments, Internal Mobility, Succession Planning, Leadership Competencies and External Coaching across the Retail Businesses, work on Human Capital projects and ensure consistency with following responsibilities:
- Developing and monitoring assessments for selection and development
- Develop and implement the Al Futtaim Leadership Competencies and ensure they are embedded in to the businesses
- Develop Nationals into management positions for Retail future leadership roles
- Work closely with Emiratisation team and support their initiatives in Retail
- Embed /manage Group Coaching Programme into Talent Process
- Be the link between Group HR initiatives and Retail : Growing together; Talent Brand; Induction programms.
- Implement Succession Planning System
- Setup Talent Reviews strategy and training for HRBPs and Line Managers
- Support high impact actions to increase the development and retention of local leadership talent.
- Define and implement talent into the selection criteria at critical levels in the retail organization.

Requirements

- Post graduate in HR/Business Management, Certificate in Business Consultancy/ British Psychological Society
- Qualification in Occupational Testing- Ability & Personality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially Microsoft Excel 2010
- 10 to 15 years of experience of which 5 years must be as a Senior Manager for Talent Management, Development & HR Project Management, leading hig performing teams and individuals
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Facilitation skills, Coaching skills
