Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client are seeking a Talent Manager who is experienced in development and implementation of talent acquisition and talent management strategies. You will need to prepare and review recruitment policy and procedures whilst meeting company budgets. You will be responsible for liaising with a range of internal and external parties to ensure the business talent needs are met eg agencies, recruiting managers etc.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will need to have at least 10 years of experience within Talent and have relevant qualifications and training. You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to work across a range of levels within the business.
