Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global retail company. Our client is looking to hire a Talent Manager to partner with the MENA HR Managers in developing and sustaining a strong performance culture and talent pipeline through talent acquisition, training and development and talent management.
Reporting to the Senior Talent Head, this role will focus on the implementation and execution of strategies, tools and processes related to talent management and learning. You will collaborate with HR business channels and rewards, delivering talent services for the region, talent acquisition and developing high quality training materials (and customising these when needed for local delivery).
In addition, you will work closely with Trainers in regard to cascading high quality training and evaluate the impact and ROI of training across the business. You will be involved in conducting annual performance management processes and providing communication tools to MENA HR Managers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in talent management or training and development (multinational company experience is essential and FMCG is preferred). Experience within performance management, recruitment and learning / development is essential. Western educated candidates are preferred.
