The Role: A Talent Officer undertakes all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Provide timely resources & printing of Materials Collate & communicate TM, PA & LD Metrics Responsible for Talent Review (TR) Planning & Organising Update TM Folders Act as Recorder for TR meetings & prepare, file TM's Teams Notes TMIS Responsible for 'Day to Day' updating of TM IS Responsible for keeping Talent Room fit for purpose Assist in reviewing & developing processes to enhance TM, PA & LD Research best practice TM, PA & LD methodologies |
RequirementsRequirementsCIPD qualification preferred Intermediate MS - Office skills HRIMS Experience Talent Management experience preferred Minimum 2 years in a similar role |
