Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To be Responsible for the quality and timely measurement, analytics and reporting of the talent management processes, including Talent Reviews (TR), Selection, Performance Management and Development.

* Be the process owner of Talent Management Annual Process
* Responsible for developing and monitoring assessments for selection and development
* Produce data reports in line with the Talent Framework
* Support the businesses with Succession planning
* Produce Human Capital Analytics
* Develop and assist in assuring that the Al Futtaim Leadership Competencies are embedded in to the businesses
* Advising businesses on how to develop and retain their Top talent

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Psychology

Minimum Experience: 3 + years professional experience in the field of HR/TM, Systems or Financial Reporting. Strong data analysis skills. Strong affinity with IT, hands-on attitude towards IT.

Sound organizational understanding and ability to work at a regional capacity

Job-Specific Skills: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
