The RoleThe RoleAn excellent opportunity has just opened for Talent and Development Manager in our HQ here in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent and Development Manager to join our team. Talent and Development is of huge significance to the Supreme Group hence the importance of identifying thee best candidate for this role. This role will take responsibility for the identification of training and development needs within the BU and the implementation of appropriate training and development initiatives. Your role will be working with the senior managers to identify and recommend opportunities to improve the abilities of our Human Resources and align supporting systems. In addition to this you will also be responsible for creating and implementing a new approaches to talent management for the BU in line with Group L&D. Managing a small team providing the T & D function to a BU of circa 4500 employees, you will be working closely with the HR Business Partner and team, all of the Senior Managers in the BU as well as our senior managers in a number of our operations in remote locations across the globe. This is a role with huge potential and scope for the right candidate. RequirementsRequirements•Recognised Training Qualification NVQ 4 or equiv BSc in a human resource discipline i.e. Organisational development. •A minimum of 6 years experience within a corporate, training focused organisation, preferably with experience working in a multi-national organisation. •Demonstrated experience in talent identification and people planning processes, design of inputs to support talent development, talent tools and programs, training needs analysis, training delivery, competency programs. •Working knowledge of principles and methods for people planning tools, talent maps/tools, development plans, program design, and the measurement of program impact. •Excellent relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships across all levels of the organisation. •Excellent communication skills including the preparation of training proposals, TNA plans etc, •Excellent facilitation skills. •Management of information and personal resources, ensuring records are in order and up to date. •Proactive and motivated working style. •Regular travel to remote and arduous locations required •Experience of providing the T & D function to a group spanning multiple locations/ sites. Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or with a short notice period. |
