Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-established and highly regarded international manufacturing and trading firm operating predominantly within the FMCG market across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Talent and Learning Director to improve the depth, quality and engagement of talent across the company.
This role will lead the design, development and implementation of global talent, leadership and development programs and processes. You will lead core talent processes such as talent planning, acquisition and assessments alongside performance management, career and succession planning, employee engagement and training facilitation to management. You will also collaborate with HR leaders to plan long term annual talent needs as well as evaluate and recommend tools and systems relating to talent management.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a professional HR qualification (Masters, CIPD Qualified or equivalent) and have a proven track record of designing and implementing talent management initiatives. You should also have 7 to 10 years experience of training, course development, design and delivery in a corporate setting. Due to the extensive travel requirements throughout the Middle East region, our client will only consider Arabic speaking male candidates.
