Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the regions leading hospitality and real estate developers on an exciting and pivotal role. This role will work closely with the Group Director of Recruitment and will focus on leading a high profile project that will involve the design and eventual implementation of a new performance management talent system.
This role will be based in our clients corporate offices in Dubai. This role will be on a contractual basis, expected to last a minimum of 1-2 years. You will work as a business partner with other business heads within the group to gather information for the initial start-up phase of this project. You will work with the learning, training and development teams to create the new system and see the project through from start to end.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a proven track record within talent management, performance management and organisational development, ideally within a multinational company. It is essential that you are confident at leading key projects and have strong UAE experience. You should have the aptitude to work well in a fast paced, dynamic working environment as well as the ability to hit the ground running.
Our client has stated preference for candidates with a solid background within performance management.
