Employment: Full Time

This excellent Financial Services company in the DIFC are looking for a dynamic, proactive and diligent team assistant.

The main duties will involve:
- Heavy diary coordination
- Travel booking
- Filing
- Documentation
- Correspondence within the team and wider organisation
- Ad hoc duties upon request

Requirements

The main criteria for this role is attitude. It is a busy, fast paced and prestigious department, that expects high standards from its staff.

Previous administration experience is required, preferably within financial services and preferably within a team environment.
