Job description / Role

BWP are working with a client in Abu Dhabi who are a multinational organization within the financial industry, an opportunity has become available in the Global Markets department working for a team of approx. 20

Salary 15,000 AED

Duties:
- Supporting the team with all administrative tasks & secretarial support
- Diary & calender management
- Scheduling in meetings for the team
- Preparing reports emails and letters
- Market Research
- Screening calls in the department
- Assisting with the team on day to day basis
- Prioritizing workloads as tho is a role that you will report into 20 people good organisational skills are required
- distribution of memo's
- Coordinating with other departments
- General administrative duties filing, faxing etc

Requirements

- 1-2 years min work experience within a support role (i.e. Admin)
- Western National
- Female
- Fully IT literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- early 20's
- Smart, professional and corporate
- Good Communications skills
- Based in Abu Dhabi

Sunday to Thursday (office hours)
