Employment: Full Time

Our client is an independent regulator of all financial and ancillary services and its mandate covers asset management, banking and credit services, securities, collective investment funds, custody and trust services, commodities futures trading, Islamic finance, insurance, an international equities exchange and an international commodities derivatives exchange.

They are also responsible for the regulation and supervision of persons in relation to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and sanctions compliance.

Supporting the Markets team, this role provides administrative support to all members of the team and duties will include; extensive dairy and travel management, internal and external correspondence, preparation of reports and presentations, data entry and filing in order to ensure the objectives of the department are met and resources are utilized effectively.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a strong IT skill set, who has supported several members of a team previously, within a multinational organisation. A team player, proactivity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to establish priorities and adhere to internal controls to enable the departments activities are all requirements for the position.

The ability to speak fluent Arabic would be advantageous.
