Team Lead - Data Analytics & Desktop Client Servicing - Investment Products

We are looking for a Team Lead- Data Analytics & Desktop Client Servicing to be based in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for using specialist knowledge to demonstrate and train on relevant functions and content specific end user workflows increasing usage and products.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first line management for the Client Specialist.
- Coach and mentor the Client Specialists to achieve continued excellence and growth.
- Train new and existing end users on the desktop.
- Increase product stickiness by demonstrating relevant new content and functionality that enable end users to make money.
- Provide customer feedback to product development / SBU and represent the voice of the customer.
- Achieve and deliver desktop retention on client sites.
- Collaborate with the Client Specialists and other Sales functions.
- Directly manage a team of Client Specialists.
- Help the team achieve revenue and desk top growth targets.
- Is an Individual contributor, responsible for end user account management for given asset class(es) in a specific region/territory.

Requirements

- Proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent people engagement skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Deep market understanding including a) basic market understanding b) knowledge of relevant market c) strong understanding of customers' business model.
- Significant product and workflow expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modelling, Excel, MS Office);knowledge of specific tech./ data apps.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
