Job responsibilities of Team Lead - Data networking and Wi-Fi Solutions include:
* Plan, configure and oversee the implementation of the data network infrastructure in co-ordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure implementation meets design parameters.
* Lead the team of Data networking and Wi-Fi expert engineers
* Providing post-sales support to customers.
* Troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor network.
* Provide support for project implementation & documentation.
* Training to customers on system usage.
* Prioritizing workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime.Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise level network hardware and applications.
Requirements
* Graduate engineer in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ Computer Science.
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in Converged Enterprise Network Design, Implementation and Support.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Power-point/Vision.
* Fluency in English (essential), Arabic (advantage).
* Communication : Highly motivated and strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
* Highest level of certifications in data and Wi-Fi from Cisco / HP / Alcatel - Lucent
* Good knowledge in converge network, Wireless, Security, Routers, Switches, Firewall & Network Management Software. (Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Juniper, HP experience)
* Must be an expert in two or more of the following- Wireless / Security/ Routing/ Switching.
* Must have full network lifecycle experience including gathering requirements, design, test, documentation, configuration and maintenance.
