Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim Honda, part of the Automotive Division of Al-Futtaim Group, is the sole distributor for Honda vehicles, pre-owned cars, motorcycles, marine engines, power products and parts. Recognized as one of the largest independent Honda distribution companies in the world.

We currently are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Parts team in Dubai.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- To see that the consignment received are unloaded on time and without any damages.
- Ensure that all the parts are checked and binned as per the binning list and as per the KPI laid down.
- To report any discrepancy found in the consignment and take corrective action to rectify the same.
- Ensure that GDR are prepared accordingly to account for the discrepancies.
- Ensure that service agreement to the branches is fulfilled on day to day basis.
- Use and maintain appropriate PPEs supplied to them and ensure departmental activities are carried out in a safe manner.
- Take reasonable care for own health & safety and also take care that his or her acts do not adversely affect the health & safety of others.
- Ensure quality of job to avoid errors/rework.
- Comply with company QHSE guidelines and SOPs and report all incidents to the manager.
- Participate in HSE Tool Box Talks and undertake safety awareness trainings as provided by the company.
- Participate in HSE inspections and HSE Committee meetings.
- Follow emergency & evacuation procedure of the company.
Requirements
- An undergraduate or Post-Secondary Diploma in an Automobile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within a spare parts operations department
- Familiarity with safety standards during work
- Ability to speak, write and read English in order to communicate with supervisors and customers
- A proficient knowledge in MS Office, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Ability to build and maintain friendly and warm relationships with customers
- Ability to listen and understand customers needs
