Team leader Diamond Broker - Dubai

Good Basic, Plus extremely good commissions

An investment company based in Dubai are specialising in rough diamonds Investment seeks talented traders to join its expanding sales floor.

To obtain this position you need to have experience in Managing /Closing leads, proving that you can maximise every opportunity as well as re-loading existing clients for the most up to date Investment opportunity.

The product is regulated within the DMCC Dubai, you will be dealing with individual high net worth clients on a daily bases.

You will also be leading a team of brokers/traders so you must be able to lead by example and be able to mange people while being under pressure.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the Investment Industry (ANY PRODUCT)
- Be able to manage a team
- Hit an exceed targets
- Set targets within your team
- Recruitment of the team
- A Suitable and presentable telephone manor
- The ability to block out any distractions on the phone whilst situated on a busy trading floor.
- The drive and motivation to exceed and progress
- Diamonds are currently one of the biggest commodities in the industry and also drastically increasing in the market due to such high demand.
- You need to be able to get out to Dubai in the next two weeks.
