Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Understudies the Managers Electrical Works, specializing in specific areas of work in Electrical Maintenance and operation to gain detailed experience of the management role and exposure to detailing in-depth technical services.
- Supervise the effective functioning of the Section and its processes. Optimize on the power and people resources
- Prepares various reports, annual budget and attends various meetings on behalf or with Managers Electrical in the electrical side.
- Attend CDP Training course for Managers Electrical.
- Develops new projects and improvements in electrical facilities. Prepare and implement Annual work/Project plan.
- Reviews, analyses, makes cost estimates and prepares or reviews design work connected with minor and major capital investment and expense items, for modifications and alterations to existing systems or installation of new systems, either by Maintenance Department or through outside contractors.
- Studies and analyses chronic problems and proposes appropriate solutions.
- Develops and Execute Training Program for technician and Prepare procedures and instruction..
- Review and implement proposed projects and procedures
- Continuous Development of the sectional employees and prepares training programs and monitors the implementation of development programs for staff under his/her department

Requirements

- University degree in Electrical engineering with 10 years of experience in refinery environment.
- Must have knowledge in petrochemical industry electrical work, equipment failure diagnosis, supervisory skills and Plant Maintenance operations.
- Must have strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
