Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational organisation hosting leading events, conferences and training for industry specialists throughout the region. With a multicultural working environment and an organised structure, our client is expanding due to their continued success and is looking to hire a Team Leader (Events).
This role will be accountable for a small team of Event Managers. You will supervise and advise your team, assisting with day-to-day activities to ensure world class events are delivered. This role also covers strategic involvement to include looking at the direction of each event and developing conference and training opportunities to run as well as focusing on constantly improving the event process.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a strong Manager with experience and success in managing a small team and portfolio of events at a senior and strategic level. It is essential you have knowledge and commercial experience in the region along with a proven ability to manage large scale exhibitions. Arabic would be advantageous.
