Team Leader - Instalment & ABF, Islamic SME Business

Job description / Role

- To assist Business Head to maximize business from Business Finance & ABF (ME/PE/CML) relationships. Manage DSA team to generate revenue as per agreed objectives
- To closely work with the Business Support Teams and Credit to accomplish the assigned targets
- To assist DSAs to manage business risks within the assigned segment, ensuring, proper risk mitigation, perform necessary analysis, propose quality applications as per the bank approved parameters and policies under SME Business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales target TL/RM should ensure that each of his/her DSA is meeting the minimum requirement of disbursement per month.
- Ensure no customers complain
- To ensure any service failure is redressed immediately to avoid any threat to the banks reputation and ensure such issues do not repeat in the future.
- Ensure successful referral scheme
- To ensure good number of referrals on monthly basis to WC teams
- Ensure each application sourced fulfils all criteria the bank has set, to ensure no/minimum deviations from set processes and ensure approval rates are above set standards.
- Ensure basic discipline is maintained through timely reporting to office.
- Ensure adherence to dress code and code of conduct

Requirements

Minimum Education Level:
- Graduate

Professional Qualification:
- Selling Islamic Banking products including Business finance, ME/PE finance, CML, Islamic liability account opening.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in SME Sales
