Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Availability of the instrumental system, Telecommunication system and Equipments all the time.
- Higher Omanization rate and maintenance skills development and Supervision.
- Effective implementation of HSE Policy, IMS requirements, Department Objectives & Targets.
- Improved work practice, performance and reduced maintenance cost.
- Asset reliability & availability by imparting quality PM & CM Jobs.
- Periodic Assessment & optimization of the PM Plan.
- Trouble shooting of various issues arising in the day-to-day functional requirement.
- Annual budget estimation & monitoring of Maintenance cost.
- Cross functional co-ordination among Maintenance, Technical Service and Operation.
- Continuously improving capabilities, processes, procedures, practices and systems.

Requirements

- University degree in Engineering, or extensive experience in refinery/petrochemical maintenance.
- Professional qualification is an advantage.
- 10 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in planning multi tasks, and performing turn around activities.
- Related experience of instrumentation and Control Systems.
- Experience in Oil and Gas maintenance.
- Knowledge of turnaround Planning, Contracts Management & Parts Optimization.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications required, SAP system and PMS is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to direct and develop a 6-10 person team.
- Demonstrated ability to cooperate with and influence peers.
- Demonstrated ability to listen and collaborate with others.
- Ability to describe personal strengths and development needs.

Language:
- English (fluent) required, Arabic is advantageous.
- ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
- Those having extenssive experience in Maintenance function of Refinery, Petrochemicals, Aromatics and related Oil and Gas Industry.
