We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our Mamas and Papas store in Avenues Mall, Kuwait. Working with our store team you will be responsible for excellent customer service through leading the team. Your responsibility will also be to assist in maanging the staff in the store and driving sales. This will include merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department target.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to assist in leading a team to be successful. A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with Colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker would be an advantage.

You should be well groomed and have excellent Customer Service skills

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to assist in leading a team to be successful. A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with Colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the department by assisting the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.

Ideally you will have a background in team leading.

A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with Customer complaints effectively.

An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial.

You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions

Qualifications:
High school qualification is required
