The Role


The Role


As a Team Leader Retention & Loyalty you will be responsible to develop new initiatives / roadmap in line with marketing & company strategy on the Voice for Fixed and Mobile segments mobile. You will participate actively in the churn level, customer life time, ARPU and ARPA in accordance with AOP. You will establish a Commercial Action Plan to meet the Retention and Loyalty targets (volume and value) on the consumer segment set in the AOP.

You will be responsible to develop / revisit the Retention and Loyalty roadmap (mobile and fixed) in line with the marketing & company strategies. You will be delivering the roadmap according to the planning and retro-planning. You will also be delivering the PCIDs related to the roadmap.

You will be participating actively in the Churn (volume and value) to be generated throughout the AOP. You will establish a Commercial Action Plan to meet the retention and loyalty targets on the consumer segment set in the AOP. You will ensure there is a marketing operational follow-up to deliver the actions and roadmap. You will provide a business reporting of activities and KPIs according to AOP and business case (daily (promotion and post-offer launch) weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).

You will be managing the marketing retention and loyalty team to deliver the above and make sure that the processes designed to do so are respected. You will make sure that the team work across the department and across NAWRAS direction (Pricing, Communication, Distribution, IT, CS, Network...)

Requirements


Requirements


You have a Master's degree or equivalent with Marketing background. You have Telco experience, 5 years experience in product management and marketing and very strong skills and experience in loyalty and retention strategy and implementation. You have a very strong marketing background. You have a clear strategic vision of prepaid / post paid retention and loyalty specificities. You have strong leadership and management skills. You are a team player with excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
