Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manage a team of 10 – 15 team members including senior officials. Continuously strive for cost reduction, risk management in the most efficient manner. Ensure training of new joinees, people development and coaching. Making decisions on critical aspects raised by junior team members. Maintaining relationship with internal customers. Initiatives in terms of process improvements and implementation of new processes and policies as rolled out by management. Ability to communicate, solve problems, delegate effectively and act as an outstanding team player.

To ensure that approved facilities are released on the system in strict compliance to the sanction terms and condiitions and are inputed in the system within the agreed turnaround time deadlines of the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

Supporting RCAD/SME CAD Manager as and when required.

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of 10 – 15 team members including senior officials. Continuously strive for cost reduction, risk management in the most efficient manner. Ensure training of new joinees, people development and coaching. Making decisions on critical aspects raised by junior team members. Maintaining relationship with internal customers. Initiatives in terms of process improvements and implementation of new processes and policies as rolled out by management. Ability to communicate, solve problems, delegate effectively and act as an outstanding team player.

- Authorizes set-up of loans and overdraft limits and feeds into the system pertaining information regarding interest rates, margins, and commissions while ensuring that all is carried out within the agreed time-frames of the SLA’s

- Ensures appropriate Security / Collateral details and Guarantor’s linkage are updated within the terms of the approval

- Authorizes freeze input / freeze release transactions and up-grades / down-grades of accounts and ensures they are in accordance to the instructions and approval terms

- Checks and authorizes loan credits and settlements for Corporate and Commercial accounts based on the instructions and approval terms

- Carries out PPC discounting function effectively ensuring compliance of approval terms for setting up OD / Loans against PPCs / Invoices

- Issues Balance Confirmations to auditors of Bank account holders

- Effectively monitors and controls projects being financed by the Bank through various tools such as PPCs, cash flows, and periodic reports to ensure the same are on schedule

- Responds to inquiries and complaints received by the Credit Control Unit

- Carries out necessary filing of documents

- Ensuring handover of documents under proper approval and acknowledgement and a record is maintained for all such handover. Scanning of documents to DVU or other RCAD offices or to RMs as per request.

- AOM Updation / Planning for self and team members

Requirements

- College / University degree – PG preferred

- Professional / Technical qualifications / diplomas

- College / University Degree – PG preferred

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of banking experience, of which at least 6 years are in Corporate Credit handling


-Computer literate
