Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Work on marketing Liabilities and Asset products of CBI through promotional visits to the current and expected clients in order to provide high quality services and reflect a good image of the bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling the retail facilities, services and products of all types to reach the sales goals placed by the Head of personal Loan & Mortgage Sales.
- Manage, Train & Recruit DSAs of direct sales team.
- Specifies the chances for sales and apply the marketing and promotional programs for the retail programs and products to maintain high level quality in matters of customers' service.
- Performs an assessment of the facilities applications and nominates a number of credit offers to guarantee the correct documentation of the loans.
- Makes the necessary phone calls with the clients in a periodical and continuous manner to build and maintain strong and useful relations with the special clients.
- Proceeds to explore new markets to help in the development of a new generation of retail products.
- Makes plans and cares about the professional image of the work to maintain its place at all times.
- Follow up and supervise DSAs activities.
- Put the DSA's Rules and ensure it is followed.
- Managing and supporting the DSA outdoor sales for the bank
- Managing and planning how to reach potential customers and how to approach them.
- Setting targets and monitoring performance of the DSAs.
- Forecasting, planning and proposing new schemes, joint promotions, structuring.
- Understand the basic aspects of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
- Apply basic concepts and techniques while selling products targeted at predetermined needs of the customers.
- Present features and benefits, negotiate and close deal that is mutually satisfying.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.

Requirements

- University degree.
- Good negotiating techniques.
- 3-5 years sales experience in UAE banks.
- Full knowledge of the products and services of the bank.
- English language (spoken and written) of a minimum level 4 according to the bank's standards.
- Skills in using the computer and dealing with the different applied systems.
- Full knowledge of the policies and procedures of the retail business.
- Conversation skills.
- Ability to focus on the details.
- To be anxious for achievement and able to take responsibilities.
- Self confident with a strong personality and good appearance.
- Ability to communicate and deal with others (written and verbal communication).
- Speed and proficiency in performing the tasks.
- Patience and calmness when working under pressure, hospitability and flexibility, team-player, responsible and organized.
- Can do attitude.
