Job description / Role
- Agree team objectives and communicate to the team
- Ensure jobs are fairly and correctly allocated to team members
- Supervise jobs and the use of resources
- Monitor team performance and resource utilization and report to management
- Manage team attendance, including authorisation of overtime and holiday requests
- Ensure the security of customer property
- Ensure all documentation is correctly completed
- Monitor customer satisfaction with team activity
- Make recommendations to improve service
- Discuss and negotiate solutions to customer problems
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are observed
- Ensure team members are aware of and conform to AVME guidelines
- Coach and develop team member skills
- Manage discipline and grievance procedures for team members
