The RoleThe RolePurpose of role: Lead one of ANB's capital markets and M&A teams by assuming full responsibility for capital raising and financial advisory transactions. |
RequirementsRequirementsKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Identify opportunities to market the bank's financial advisory and capital raising services by working with corporate relationship managers and other bank officers to develop pitches· Structure and execute transactions including equity/debt raising, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and corporate restructuring by: Supervising the drafting of pitch books; Negotiating letters of engagement with clients; Drafting and negotiating transactions documentation; Researching client and target companies and assessing strategic fit; Conducting company valuations, due diligences and advising client appropriately; Conducting negotiations on behalf of client on valuations and deal structuring; Advising client on financial structuring of the transaction and co-ordinating capital raising efforts; Advising clients on marketing plan (in case of divestitures) and assisting client in evaluation of bids; and Advising client on regulatory requirements such as shareholder approvals, regulatory approvals and exchange communication and assist client in completing the same· Guide associates and financial analysts in research, valuations, financial analyses, scenario analysis, and report preparations. |
