Job description / Role
The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively within a small team of professionals, to define, develop and implement industrial projects in Dubai and possibly in other countries. The team is currently being formed and will be operating in a dynamic environment, covering all the skills and disciplines involved in the conceptualisation, definition, commercial evaluation, development, implementation, construction and commissioning of the projects.
The team will report directly to the Managing Director and our objective is to form a nucleus of bright and innovative solution optimisers, which can drive project success as well as the future growth of the company.
Our primary client in Dubai is an autonomous, government owned company with an outstanding track record and management culture, and team members will be expected to work closely with our client in the realisation of its projects.
Requirements
It is anticipated that successful candidates will be university graduates with at least five years post-graduate experience in the fields of development or construction. Qualifications in civil engineering, architecture, project development or business management are likely to be the most desirable, but evident skills and expertise in adapting to change, problem solving and accepting new challenges will be highly rated.
Successful candidates will need to be able to communicate and present well in English (in the written, verbal and visual forms) and will need to be able to deliver high impact presentations to senior management and clients.
