Employment: Full Time

Our client Investment organization are looking for a western experience team secretary to join a busy department in Abu Dhabi

Salary 15,000 - 20,000 AED

Duties:
- Directly reporting into the MD's PA
- Supporting a department with all secretarial and administrative tasks
- Preparing Presentations using PowerPoint
- Collating research
- Typing letters, emails and reports
- Dealing with internal and external clients

Requirements

- Western National required
- Investment industry background is essential
- Based or happy to commute daily to Abu Dhabi
- working Monday to Friday
- Female required
- PA - EA or Administrative experience required
- IT literate in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Professional
- Confident
- Good English Grammar
