Job description / Role
This is a senior Administrative role, which is integral to our current project.
An exciting opportunity to join EC Harris in Riyadh
reporting to the programme director you will be responsible for the office administration for the project, you will be working with senior individuals to ensure the competency of the office administration is excellent, and you will attend and lead all meetings in regards to the project, ensuring these meetings are documented.
You will arrange workshops, and discuss the projects in meetings on a technical basis, you will manage the document controllers.
Requirements
This candidate needs to be degree qualified in Public Administration, and have ideally a diploma in computer applications
At least 30 years of experience in Office/Project administration with one of the top executives in construction and projects
Competency in office administration, document controlling, self-correspondence and minutes of meeting.
Knowledge of technical terminology used in projects
Candidate will possess excellent in-depth knowledge of business and good command over English language with better understanding of communication process, strong verbal and written communication skills. Will demonstrate ability to multi-task assignments and handle multiple priorities, strong project skills, reasoning, problem solving. Candidate will have competency in assisting the Higher Management in contract administration and processes of stakeholder interactions including organizing meetings, seminars workshops, etc.
