We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Architect to be based in Doha, on site. The position requires strong exterior building envelope design experience, along with excellent coordination skills. The role focusses on leading the faade design and coordination review for a large mixed-use project in Doha.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the faade design and coordination review for a large mixed-use project
* Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent in to the construction documentation and specifications during construction administration
* Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, to meet overall project objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
* Minimum of 10 years experience
* Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and other documentation software.
* Experience in Construction Contract Administration, and knowledge of construction types and systems (including roofing/waterproofing, exterior enclosures, and primary building systems, and CA software)
