Please note that this position is Temp between 2 to 3 months. The candidate should have :
Knowledge of office practices, procedures and computer software programs (Microsoft Offices).
• Knowledge of correct English usage and grammar.
• Knowledge of the organization and composition of charts and spreadsheets.
• Ability to determine work priorities.
• Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports.
• Ability to type.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of organization, work flow, staffing, forms, and procedures.
• Knowledge of the use and make up of forms.
• Effectiveness and to make recommendations for improvements
• Types and gives format to documents, updates spreadsheets and organizational charts. Creates drafts correspondence and standard documents. Distributes and circulates the documents produced. Carries out the same tasks in English for basic documents

Requirements

Knowledge in Computer
Experience in Using Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Prepares reporting spreadsheets (monthly, weekly, etc.)
Organizes filing and archiving of information received in such a manner as to be able to retrieve it at any time
