Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Technical Clerk / Store Coordinator will control all documentation relating to Service, Repair, Warranty Claims.
Filing and controlling all written reports, GRNs, fuel delivery paper-work; however other duties maybe allocated to him from time to time.
Material ordering and accurate completion of Material Requisition Forms.
Receiving material as per MR and verifying them including in the store, maintaining stocks.
Material issuing to site according to the requirements and maintaining records of issued items.
Issuing of lifting equipments and maintaining lifting certification documents.
Changing of color codes and other related works of lifting equipments.
Report weekly stock levels to the Supervisor.

Requirements

1. Offshore Experience (Added advantage)
2. Minimum High School education or equivalent qualification.(Diploma / Degree in relevant field would be an added advantage)
3. Good knowledge of English
4. Computer knowledge (MS Office)
5. Ability to identify Spare parts
6. Knowledge of using catalogs
