Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Provide technical service to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Carry out product trials & demonstrations to the distributors/ end user to enhance products attractiveness.

- Assist marketing and brand management in technical market analysis and development
of technical sales tools/documentation.

- Address customer complaints at all times and assist in a timely and efficient manner to retain current customers and enhance customers satisfaction at all times.

- Carry out technical trainings for the distributors/ end users.

- Organizing events for end users for the assigned territory.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Technical customer service in UAE.

- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

- Fluency in Arabic is a Plus.

- Proficient PC skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

- UAE Diving license is mandatory.
