Job description / Role
An established and experienced fit out and interiors company are looking for a Technical Design Manager to provide technical expertise services in order to make sure all client requirements are met.
The successful candidate will be required to oversee both the Interior Designer and CAD Technicians as well as clearly reporting to the Project Director.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Offer sound technical advise to the client
- Ideally be a member of RIBA or CIAT with a good level of understanding of AutoCAD.
- Establish, maintain and manage effective project design resource and team profile at bid and delivery stages.
- Manage schedules, customer expectations and budgets to ensure that all designs are produced on time and to agreed KPI's.
- Schedule and manage all design reviews and co-ordination meetings.
- Salary AED 20,000 depending on experience.
