Job description / Role
We seek experienced vocational trainer-assessors in a range of technical disciplines for a new long-term training project in Kuwait. All posts are residential and come with attractive tax-free salaries and benefits commensurate to the roles.
Trainers will provide training, coaching and ongoing support to technical and engineering learners within their field of expertise. We seek experienced trainer-assessors in the disciplines below:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Process Operations
• Process DCS Simulator & Workshop Trainer
• EHS
Duties:
• Train, coach and evaluate candidates according to agreed standards
• Uphold international standards and training best practice
• Ensure all training and assessment is conducted safely
• Deliver hands-on and seminar-based training
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant field
• 7 years relevant hands-on experience in a relevant field, of which 3 years is in the oil and gas industry
• Fully fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience in Kuwait or the Middle East preferred
• Certification with international awarding bodies such as City and Guilds, EAL, TAFE, etc., will be a strong advantage.
