Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position Summary

Part of the position will be participating in maintenance activity on site that includes performing maintenance at a basic and intermediate level to a large scale of advance surveillance systems, and demonstrate training deliverables to multi-cultural learners with the ability to adjust sessions and work streams based on the dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Designs training deliverables
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in classroom
- Implement and supervise OJT process to technicians on site
- Train the trainer (TTT) implementation
- Conduct surveys and reports
- Integrate with multi-cultural audiences
- Operate in an diverse environment
- Support training activities as priorities demand
- Form working relationships with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Education / Certification Requirements:

Electronics or other Technical degree (Practical Engineer)

Skills and Experience

- Proven training and instructional techniques background
- Proven background in maintenance tasks
- Training delivery- Mandatory
- Technical background (Technician )- Mandatory
- Strong presentation skills- Mandatory
- Practiced in writing training materials
- Good ICT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Minimum of 3 years experience with maintenance & integration of hardware equipment on complex & large scale systems and/or proven experience with installation and configuration on one or more of the following equipment: Close circuit TV’s (CCTV), Surveillance /Detection /Identification technologies, access control systems- Mandatory
- Ability to read pin to pin diagram, engineering documents and hardware testing equipment-
