Job description / Role
As the portfolio of infrastructure/civil projects across the Middle East continues to expand, so too does our employer, a leading provider of global national security services, looking to expand their ranks. With long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is seeking to welcome a professional and experienced Technical Hardware Instructor to their team to support the growth and development of their projects in the Middle East.
Reporting to the Training Manager, your responsibilities in the role will include:
• Design training deliverables
• Deliver theoretical and practical training in classroom
• Implement and supervise OJT process to technicians on site
• Train the Trainer implementation
• Conduct surveys and reports
• Support training activities as priorities demand
Requirements
Essential attributes include:
• Degree qualified in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or other relevant field
• Minimum three years’ experience with maintenance and integration of hardware equipment on complex and large scale systems and / or proven experience with installation and configuration of CCTV; Surveillance / Detection / Identification technologies; or Access Control Systems
• Previous military experience with a Technical background is essential
• Previous experience in training delivery with strong presentation skills is essential
• Experienced with reading pin to pin diagrams, engineering documents and hardware testing equipment
• Proven background in maintenance tasks, and training and instructional techniques
