The RoleThe RolePosition Summary: Part of the position will be participating in IT maintenance and field engineering activities which will include: demonstrate training deliverables to multi-cultural learners with the ability to adjust sessions and work streams based on the dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Designs training deliverables - Deliver theoretical and practical training in classroom - mplement and supervise OJT process to technicians on site - Train the trainer (TTT) implementation - Conduct Surveys and reports - Integrate with multi-cultural audiences - Operate in an diverse environment - Support training activities as priorities demand - Form working relationships with relevant stakeholders |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation / Certification Requirements: - Computer science or related degree, - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Skills and Experience - Proven technical experience on projects involving Telecommunication, IT, Networks, Security Systems - Proven training and instructional techniques background - Training delivery- Mandatory - Strong presentation skills- Mandatory - Three years experience with integration, troubleshooting, and system analysis of Bespoke IT systems- Mandatory - Proven knowledge in OS: windows server 2003/2008, windows7 within a Domain environment, VM Environment (Vshpere, ESXi) Net Appliance (NetAPP Storage), Fortigate Firewalls. SQL Server, HW configuration (Server/Workstation) and network attached devices) in installing & configuring bespoke Security IT systems- Mandatory - Practiced in writing training materials- Mandatory - Knowledge in networking, switch and router Configuration, Network analysis and monitoring tools, Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP PIM, IGMP and OSPF, LAN & WAN - Experienced with video system and command & control applications would be an advantage - Experienced with one of the following systems Command & Control applications Access Control Systems - Military background - Fluent in written and verbal English Personal Competencies - Ability to operate individually and/or as a team - Independent, proactive and able to manage and motivate others - Driven for success - Results focused - Being able to articulate high level/detailed level to peers/managers |
