With long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is seeking to welcome a professional and experienced Technical IT Instructor to their team to support the growth and development of their projects in the Middle East. Reporting to the Training Manager, your responsibilities in the role will include: Design training deliverables Deliver theoretical and practical training in classroom Implement and supervise OJT process to technicians on site Train the Trainer implementation Conduct surveys and reports Support training activities as priorities demand |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential attributes include: Degree qualified in Computer Science or related field; with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Accreditation Minimum three years experience with integration, troubleshooting, and system analysis of bespoke IT systems Previous military experience is essential Proven background in training and instructional techniques Proven knowledge with Windows Server 2003/2008; Windows 7 in a domain environment; VM Environment (Vsphere, ESXi), Net Appliance (NetAPP Storage); Fortigate Firewalls; SQL Server; HW Configuration (Server / Workstation) and network attached devices; in installing and configuring bespoke Security IT Systems Knowledge in networking; switch and router configuration; Network analysis and monitoring tools; TCP/IP, IP PIM, IGMP and OSPF, LAN and WAN Strong background in writing training materials; training delivery and presentation skills Previous experience with video systems; command and control applications and Access Control Systems is highly regarded Proven technical experience on projects involving Telecommunications, IT, Networks and Security Systems A competitive expatriate package will be provided to attract top candidates to the role.
