Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is a large multi national in KSA working in the FMCG related field.

Primary key account business partner for processing after sales business.
Develop business with existing and new customers to increase the sales for processing technical sales portfolio covering spare parts, plant components and equipment upgrades. To execute the agreed technical sales strategies in order to deliver the annual sales budgets with target margins.
This role needs to create sustainable growth to the business through creation and maintenance of long term customer relationship by delivering value on time, each time.

Specific Accountabilities:
Key account and customer relationship management.
Responsible for area annual technical sales volume and margin targets.
To create budget and firm technical quotations aligned with customer RFQ, needs and agreed market technical sales strategies.
Maintain long term customer relationship to the highest level.
Increase area technical sales market share by expanding the customer base.
Monitor and analyze monthly KPIs.
Participate in technical sales; strategic and planning meetings.
Develop working relationships with cluster technical sales and service business resources.
Facilitate order management process for technical sales.
Be the single source business partner for customers in the assigned area.
Undertake any other duties as requested.

Requirements

Qualifications/ Required Education & Qualifications:
Electrical and / or mechanical engineering graduate qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role and industry.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
Solid theoretical technical knowledge.
Basic commercial awareness related to bidding and shipment processes.
Basic financial understanding of profit and loss statements.
Automation & PLC knowledge will be advantageous.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to network and perform in a matrix team environment.
Proficiency in English & Arabic is a must (spoken and written).

Required Experience:
4 - 6 years of prior work experience as technical sales engineer in similar industry.
