Job description / Role
One of Qatar's fastest growing FM contractors has an URGENT requirement for an Electrical (and/or) Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the maintenance of a number of large commercial office spaces in Doha, Qatar.
Main responsibilities: Managing a team of up to 30 engineers and technicians across various Doha-based projects.
Reporting to: Facilities Manager
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: ASAP
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc in Mechnical or Electrical Engineering
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years+ in supervisory role
Specialist knowledge: The successful candidate must:
-Be available to start work within a 4 week notice period.
-Have a bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
-(Ideally) already be in Qatar with an NOC/transferrable Visa.
-Have at least 5 years post-experience in a similar role.
-Have previous GCC experience.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership and Technical abilities are essential.
