Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies is looking to recruit a dynamic Technical Maintenance Supervisor to manage and control maintenance for equipment, drive continuous improvement processes, and improve current technical processes to achieve companys targets. The role will report to the Engineering and EHS Manager, and will be part of a structured team to audit and assess the maintenance operations for the Plant.

Main Responsibilities:

Developing a maintenance life plan for all critical utilities & equipment used.
Preparing and updating the annual maintenance and calibration plan in line with the engineering operating procedures and quality policies.
Generating, scheduling and closing all planned work orders.
Utilizing stores inventory data to reorder strategic and routine spare parts.
Conduct basic training of others on maintenance systems.
Calculating plant availability and extend support for establishing and Monitoring OEE.
Instruct and control work for increasing number of specific areas of plant
Contributing to improvement programs for changeovers / efficiency improvements (e.g. SMED).
Working with procurement to source spares.
Participating in Troubleshooting equipment problems making use of OEMs to enhance equipment performance / operation.
Reporting of normal Incidents, Conditions or Near Misses that may result in damage to staff, property or the companys reputation is recorded.
Strictly adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety instructions as per site EHS Policy and Procedures to prevent accidents and deliver EHS Targets.

Requirements

Minimum of Engineering Diploma or BSc (Electrical /Mechanical /Industrial) or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 2 -3 years in the pharmaceutical industry or similar field.
Strong command of English.
Knowledge of EHS and demonstrated technical experience.
Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals.
