Job description / Role
A leading property developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced technical manager to join their team, In this role you will be heading up the handover of two shopping malls, Thus you will be responsible for making sure all necessary policies and procedures have been carried out in line with government regulations. You will ensure all building work, safety work etc has been properly done to the correct standards. You will be responsible for the hands on team that will implement all of this.
Requirements
You will come from a highly technical background with a degree in engineering - you should also be qualified in Rics and have experience of working on shopping centres
you will need to be able to manage a team and delegate effectively while making sure everything gets done correctly. the ability to liaise with people at the highest level is also a must.
