Employment: Full Time

One of the leading international Renewable Energy companies requires a Technical Manager to oversee their Solar Power/PV aspect of the business. The Technical Manager must have experience in Solar Power.

This will be a role based in Dubai, UAE with frequent travel to field sites throughout the GCC region

The main responsibilities of the successful Technical Manager will be:
• Manage a team of field personnel to ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard.
• Providing Sales / Account Management teams with technical expertise.
• Gain an understanding of the market in order to keep company processes at the forefront of the market.
• Manage suppliers to the Solar Power Plant
• Offer training and demonstration to staff members and potential clients to show them the benefits of company products.

Requirements

Personal Requirements:
• A knowledge of the Middle East Solar Power market will be highly advantageous
• An in depth understanding of Solar Power is a must
• A minimum of 5 years in a technical role, ideally working on site.
• Ability to manage and train a team of staff.
• Fluent English & Arabic
