Job description / Role
Implement process improvements and employee communication sessions to continually improve service department key measures
Supervise and monitor shop maintenance, equipment and machines
Handling complaints effectively and providing good customer service
In charge of overseeing the employees to make sure they meet the dealership’s quality standards
Analyze and resolves technical problems
Planning, developing and monitoring the training needs of the technician and service advisors for technical knowledge
Conduct technical report and analyzed technical problems
Conduct technical report and analyzed technical problems
Implementing 5’S (Safety, Environmental and Cleanliness)
Supervise introduction of technical bulletins, materials and workshop manuals to technical staff
Constant follow up of modern trends in automotive technology using technical libraries and manufacturer resources
Requirements
JLR background or Premium Brand experience
Language requirements – English, Russian (optional), Turkish (optional) and Azeri (optional)
Minimum Total Experience: 10 years
Minimum Managerial Experience: 5 years
Minimum Education: Academical
Motor Vehicle Technical Background: 10 years
Age Group: 30-50
