Job description / Role
A Leading Property Developer is Seeking to recruit an experienced Technical Manager.
The role will be responsible for the taking possession of two large shopping malls. During this process you will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are technically sound in every aspect and all the necessary snagging is carried out to the proper standards
Requirements
The ideal Candidate will come from a strong technical background and have the relevant related qualifications.
You will need to possess experience of handing over highly technical buildings and ideally shopping malls, and be comfortable managing the contractor and ensuring things are done properly and before the building warranty expires
