Technical Manager

Job description / Role

- The focus of this role is to provide technical support to our Indian operations.
- Responsible for overall management of Technical Department within India.
- Must be able to demonstrate technical expertise, providing in depth knowledge and leadership whilst proactively coaching and developing more junior team members.
- As Acting Project Manager when needed, the position holder may be expected to assume the responsibilities of a Project Manager in carrying out bid preparation, planning, budgeting including control of internal resources and sub-contractors.

Requirements

Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having experience with contractors in prestigious projects worth more than U.S.$100M each, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved. The right candidate would be having more than 15 years experience in Construction projects of high-rise buildings of more than 40 floors, residential / commercial buildings, Hotels or Hospitals. Would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements.
